Further update on removal of listing from the JSE


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the JSE on 21
November 2023 regarding the removal of the listing of the Company from the JSE from the
commencement of business on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.

Shareholders are advised that they will remain shareholders in an unlisted company.

The directors of the Company will consider a listing on other exchanges in South Africa in
due course.

Shareholders will be kept up to date on a regular basis by the Company.
