TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Transpaco has received notification
from Old Mutual Limited ("Old Mutual") of the disposal by Old Mutual of Transpaco shares
such that Old Mutual's total beneficial interest is now 12.22 % of Transpaco´s total issued
ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Transpaco has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
