VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – UPDATE ON NAMIBIAN OIL PROSPECT

HCI is a 51% shareholder in Impact Oil and Gas Limited
("Impact"), a UK based oil and gas prospecting private company.

Impact is a 9.5% participant in Blocks 2913B (PEL 56; which
includes the Venus prospect) and 2912 (PEL 91), offshore Namibia,
and has announced an update on drilling activities in Block
2913B.
