CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Hung Lung Li, an Independent Non-Executive Director and
Deputy Vice Chairperson of SOH will be resigning with effect from 21 May 2025.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Li for his valuable and many years of service to the Company.
