AWARD OF NATIONAL LOTTERY LICENCE AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY

Sizekhaya awarded licence to operate the National Lottery

Goldrush is pleased to advise that the South African Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition
("Minister") has awarded Sizekhaya Holdings (RF) Proprietary Limited ("Sizekhaya") the licence to
operate the Fourth National Lottery and Sports Pools for South Africa for a period of 8 years. The licence
commencement date is expected to be on or before 1 June 2026. ("National Lottery Licence").

Goldrush Group (Pty) Ltd ("Goldrush Group"), in which the Company holds a 59.4% interest, is a 50%
shareholder in Sizekhaya. Pursuant to the award of the National Lottery Licence, and as per regulations,
Sizekhaya will issue shares to a government entity (to be determined by the Minister), resulting in
Goldrush Group's interest in Sizekhaya reducing to 40%.

Sizekhaya, as the operator of the National Lottery, will be responsible for the promotion and sales of
lottery tickets, making payments to winners, and transferring the mandated amounts of ticket sales to
the National Lotteries Distribution Trust Fund ("NLDTF"). The NLDTF, which is managed and governed
by its own board of trustees and charter, is ultimately responsible to safeguard this money, invest it
wisely, and ensure that it is put to the best possible use to benefit good causes.

The selection of Sizekhaya is a testament to the depth and agility of the Goldrush management team in
obtaining and managing gaming operations in South Africa.

Sizekhaya, which means "We are coming home", represents the culmination of years of hard work by
the consortium members, which include Genlot, an operator of some of the largest lotteries in the world.

Withdrawal of Cautionary

Further to the cautionary announcement published on 8 May 2025 and pursuant to the publication of this
announcement, preference shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised
when dealing in the Company's securities.
