CHANGE IN TRANSFER SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 11.39(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited ("Computershare") will replace JSE Investor Services
Proprietary Limited ("JSE Investor Services") as the transfer secretary to the Company, effective 23 June 2025.
