EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS

UPDATE ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Shareholders are advised that the audit for the year ending 28 February 2025 is progressing well
and that the individual financial statements have been finalised but the consolidation is taking
longer than expected.

The Company has applied and received formal approval from the SEM for an extension for the
publication of its audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 by the end
of June 2025.

Numeral Ltd has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on
the AltX of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The
Board of Directors of Numeral Ltd accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information
