TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous
corresponding period.
Nictus shareholders are advised that for the year ended 31 March 2025, the Group expects to report:
- earnings per share ("EPS") of between 35.84 cents and 39.94 cents, being an increase of between
75.10% and 95.10% compared to the EPS for the year ended 31 March 2024
("Previous Corresponding Period") of 20.47 cents; and
- headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 35.61 cents and 39.71 cents, being an increase
of between 74.07% and 94.07% compared to the HEPS for the Previous Corresponding Period of
20.46 cents.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
Nictus' independent auditor and is the responsibility of the directors of the Company.
The financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025 are expected to be published on SENS on or about
Monday, 30 June 2025.
