In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
of the following transactions by associates of directors of the Company.

Associates of Dr CH Wiese and JD Wiese purchased Collins shares off-market in an intra-group transaction. These
intra-group transactions by the associates of CH Wiese and JD Wiese did not result in any change to the ultimate
beneficial ownership of the shares subject to the transactions (the ultimate shareholder being the Christo Wiese Family
Trust).
