Further to the SENS announcement of the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of ordinary
shares held by Isaias Jose Calisto on June 12, 2025 (the "Offering"), Karooooo issued a Form 6-K dated June
12, 2025, furnished to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("the full announcement").
