Cancellation and Redemption announcement

Growthpoint Properties Limited ("the Issuer") has acquired all of the GRT38 and GRT39 Notes issued under the terms
and conditions as set out in the Issuer's Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 26 January 2012, which Notes
will be cancelled per below.

Noteholders are further referred to the interest payment announcement released on SENS on 30 May 2025 regarding,
inter alia, interest payment on GRT38. Bondholders are advised that the amended interest amount is R14,157,641.10.
