DISPOSAL OF SAFARI INVESTMENTS NAMIBIA UNCONDITIONAL


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 28 March 2025, wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company had entered into a sale of shares and claims
agreement ("Agreement") with Oryx Properties Limited, in terms of which the Company will
dispose of 100% of the issued share capital and claims in Safari Investments Namibia
Proprietary Limited ("Disposal").

The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that all conditions precedent to the Disposal
have been fulfilled and accordingly the Disposal has become unconditional and was
implemented with effect from 30 June 2025.
