NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISTION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that enX has received
notifications as follows:

   •   Lockstock Investments (Proprietary) Limited's beneficial interest in enX shares is now
       7.07% of enX's total issued shares;
   •   Berkeley Capital (Proprietary) Limited's beneficial interest in enX shares is now 5.22% of
       enX's total issued shares; and
   •   Skilgannon CC's beneficial interest in enX shares is now 6.66% of enX's total issued
       shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of enX accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained
in this announcement is true and this announcement does not omit anything that is likely to affect
