Holders of the listed SBRN19 Equity Index Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on Monday 21 July 2025 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on
Friday 11 July 2025 as 263.84
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
Valuation Date: Friday, 11 July 2025
Valuation Rate Announcement by 11:00: Monday, 14 July 2025
Valuation Time: The time the Index Level
is published on the
Valuation Date
Last Date to Trade: Tuesday, 15 July 2025
Suspension Date: Tuesday, 15 July 2025
Record Date: Friday, 18 July 2025
Maturity Date (Delivery/Payment): Monday, 21 July 2025
De-Listing Date: Tuesday, 22 July 2025
1. The holders are hereby notified that due to Valuation Date
being on Friday 11 July 2025, SBRN19 is suspended from today,
Tuesday 15 July 2025.
2. Holders elected to instruct Standard Bank to sell the ETFs on
behalf of the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption
amount of such sale of the ETFs to the holder of the Notes,
will receive on 21 July 2025 an amount of 450,000 South
African cents per the Note equivalent to the value of the
relevant ETFs held by them on the Record Date.
3. After payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on 21 July
2025, the Notes (SBRN19) will be de-listed from the JSE on 22
July 2025.
