CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are advised that Labat has entered into negotiations with All Trading
Proprietary Limited ("the Purchaser"), a related party to the Company, for the disposal of
Labat's equity interests in some of the Company's subsidiaries, which if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities ("the
Transaction").

The Company will release further detail to the Transaction in due course. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities
until a full announcement is made.

The Board of Labat, collectively and individually, accepts responsibility for the information
contained in this announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief,
