Renewal Of Cautionary Announcement

1. Introduction

1.1 Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS dated 20 January,
3 February, 10 March, 25 April and 10 June 2025 concerning the Board of Directors'
decision to delist the Company from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"), the
Namibian Stock Exchange ("NSX"), and the OTCQX Market in the United States
     ("OTCQX").

1.2 The wording referenced in the aforementioned SENS announcements applies.

2. Renewal of Cautionary

2.1 The Company is working towards the subsequent steps pertaining to the delisting
process and will issue further updates upon its finalisation.

2.2 Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a full delisting announcement is made. Any questions can
be sent via email to the company secretary at komada@tgh.na.

3. Update on Contact Details of Shareholders

Shareholders are reminded to update their contact information through the Company's
dedicated shareholder contact form at https://www.tgh.na/shareholder-contact-form/ in
order to facilitate effective communication post-delisting.

4. Update on progress of the publication of the financial statements

In terms of the JSE listing requirements, section 3.87(a) as amended in December
2023, Trustco is required to appoint an auditor who is registered with its regulator in
     the country of incorporation.

Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on 7 July
2025, where it was advised that Trustco submitted a request to the JSE for a ruling to
waive the obligations set out in section 3.87 prior to the release of its annual financial
statements. Trustco engaged with the JSE regarding the ruling, where the JSE
indicated that having Nexia SAB&T co-signing the audit would be sufficient. Thus,
Trustco has approached the independent Namibian audit regulator to obtain approval
that Trustco's Namibian auditors, together with Nexia SAB&T may audit and co-sign
the independent audit report for August 2024.

While awaiting the above approval, the component audits of the regulated and major
subsidiaries and investee entities have progressed well, which is an important part of
the completion of the Group Audit and annual financial statements to be published.
Specific timelines to the market will be provided as soon as practical to do so.
