Shareholders are advised that the company's Annual Report incorporating, inter alia, the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 and a notice of the annual general meeting, has been
distributed to shareholders today, 28 July 2025 and is available on the company's website, www.ame.co.za

The audited consolidated financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results released on
SENS on 29 May 2025.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the twenty-seventh annual general meeting of shareholders will be held entirely
by electronic communication in the boardroom, Block B, AME Office Park, No. 5 8th Street, Houghton Estate,
Johannesburg at 10:00 on Thursday, 28 August 2025.


Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the company's securities
register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 22 August 2025. The last day to
trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will accordingly be Tuesday, 19 August 2025.


Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment
The company's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G (2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Act has been published and is available on the website of the company in accordance with
paragraph 16.20(g) and Appendix 1 to section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
