 AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


1.   Availability of integrated annual report

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the integrated annual report and the notice of annual general
meeting, in respect of the year ended 31 March 2025, have been distributed to shareholders on 31 July 2025
and are available on the Company's website https://investor-relations.stor-age.co.za/iar-2025.

2.   Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of Stor-Age shareholders will be held at Old
Mutual House, 33 Klaasens Road, Bishopscourt on Thursday, 4 September 2025 at 12h00 to transact the
business as set out in the notice.

The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:

Record date (for voting purposes at the AGM)                                           Friday, 29 August

*Any proxies not lodged by this time may be handed to the chairman of the AGM immediately prior to the proxy
