RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Copper 360 is in a process of restructuring management, operational and governance
structures. As a consequence of this restructuring process, Messrs Gordon Thompson and Quinton Adams have resigned
from the Copper 360 Board of Directors with effect from 31 July 2025.

Mr Thompson is the Chief Operating Officer and will remain in that position with responsibility for driving operational
performance and growth projects. Mr Adams is responsible for external relations and will remain responsible for community
and government liaison.
