NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND PARAGRAPH 3.83(B) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("the Act") and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification
that Fairtree Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Fairtree") has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company,
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Fairtree amounts to 5.06% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
Based on the notification received from Fairtree, the board of directors of TFG accepts responsibility for the information
contained in this announcement as it relates to the Company and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, such information
relating to the Company is true and that this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such
information.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
