RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
the Company's external auditors, PKF Pretoria, have notified the Company of their resignation as
auditors. Their resignation was prompted by concerns regarding the lack of sufficient adequate
resources to be able to release the financial statements timeously and in accordance with
paragraphs 3.15 and 3.16 of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised of the resignation of PKF with effect from 22 July 2025. The
Company will re-engage with PKF during August 2025 after securing the outstanding information,
some of which is dependent on third parties associated with their tenants, failing which the
Company will begin the process of appointing new auditors.
