("Cashbuild" or "the Group")

TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on
will differ by 20% or more from those of the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that Cashbuild is currently finalising its audited results for the 52 weeks ended 29
June 2025 ("Financial Year") which are expected to be released on SENS on or about 3 September 2025.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Cashbuild expects to report:

    -   earnings per share ("EPS") of between 1 011.3 cents and 1 063.4 cents for the Financial Year,
        compared to EPS of 396.4 cents reported for the 53 weeks ended 30 June 2024 ("Prior Financial
        Year"). This represents an increase in EPS greater than 100%; and

    -   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 1 013.5 cents and 1 060.9 cents for the Financial
        Year, compared to HEPS of 947.2 cents reported for the Prior Financial Year. This represents an
        increase in HEPS of between 7% and 12%.

Shareholders are advised that the financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Group's auditors.
