TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDING 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
Premier intends releasing its results for the six months ending 30 September 2025 ('H1-FY2026') on the Stock Exchange
News Service on or about 11 November 2025.
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, a company is required to publish a trading statement
as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that its financial results for the period to be reported on
next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results reported on in the prior comparative period.
In this regard, shareholders are advised of the following:
Reported Expected Range Expected Increase
H1-FY2025 H1-FY2026 (%)
(cents) (cents)
Earnings per share ('EPS') 438 526 - 569 20 - 30

The Group is expected to deliver mid-single-digit revenue growth for the period under review, reflecting the impact of deflation
in soft-commodity prices. Premier's disciplined focus on appropriate capital investment, margin management, operational
efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives has sustained the compound growth in earnings achieved since listing.
Shareholders are further advised that certain Premier senior executives will be attending the RMB Morgan Stanley Off Piste
Investor Conference 2025 on the 17th and 18th of September 2025, where meetings will be held with investors.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported on by Premier's external
auditors.
