VESTING OF SHARES AND AWARDS IN TERMS OF THE MOTUS CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN SCHEME


In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the following information is disclosed in relation to the Directors and Company Secretary of
the Company:

Conditional Share Plan ("CSP")
Motus granted CSP awards to Executive Directors and the Company Secretary of the Company in 2022
(with a three-year vesting period), which vested on 15 September 2025 at 87.98% during the
performance period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025, after applying the related performance
conditions ("2022 CSP Awards"). The 2022 CSP Awards were granted at a deemed price of R109.7388
per share, being the volume weighted average price ("VWAP") for the month of May 2022.
