NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

MML hereby advises its noteholders that the audited group annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2025 ("AFS"), have been publicly released and are available on the Company's website at
https://www.momentumgroupltd.co.za/investor-relations/debt-investors.

The AFS have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and Ernst & Young Inc., who have
expressed an unmodified audit opinion.

The AFS are available for inspection by noteholders via secure electronic means upon written request by
such noteholders. Requests for such secure electronic inspection should be directed to the Company's
Debt Officer on Lebogang.Moepye@mmltd.co.za.
