PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, DISCLOSURE RECLASSIFICATIONS TO THE
2025 CONDENSED GROUP RESULTS, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND B-BBEE
COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE

Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated annual report ("Integrated Annual
Report") including the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 and
the notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company, is available to Shareholders
today, 26 September 2025, and contains modifications to the 2025 Condensed Group Results
which were announced on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 05 September 2025.

The annual financial statements contained in the Integrated Annual Report have been audited by
the Group's auditor, Deloitte & Touche, who expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon.

Reclassifications to the 2025 Condensed Group Results ("Reclassifications")

The reclassifications highlight the change between the Audited Annual Financial Statements
and the 2025 Condensed Group Results published on 5 September 2025. These changes had
no impact on earnings per share, headline earnings per share, net asset value, tangible net
asset value and/or the amounts presented in the Statement of Financial Position and Statement
of Comprehensive Income. The changes are all disclosure in nature and primarily relates to IFRS
17 Insurance Contracts (IFRS 17) disclosure and arises from the consolidation of 1Life into the
Group results.

The detailed reclassifications are annexed to the back of the Integrated Annual Report.
