TRADING STATEMENT


The Company advises with a reasonable degree of certainty that distribution per share ("DPS") for the six months ended
31 August 2025 will be between 83 cents and 86 cents, representing an increase of between 18.2% and 22.4% (based
on a pay-out ratio of 100% of distributable income per share) compared to the DPS of 70.24654 cents for the six months
ended 31 August 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the
Company's auditor. Exemplar expects to publish its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2025
on or about 10 November 2025.
