Notice is given to shareholders of Momentum Group that the 24th AGM, for
the year ended 30 June 2025, will be held at 08:30 on Thursday, 20 November
2025, at the Momentum Group offices, 268 West Avenue, Centurion.

The notice of the AGM is available on the Group's website at
