Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 18 September 2025, wherein
Shareholders were advised that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary has entered into negotiations,
which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities.

Shareholders are advised that the negotiations were successfully concluded, details of the transaction
are stipulated in the announcement date 6 October 2025, accordingly, caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities."
