In compliance with paragraphs 4.10 and 6.21 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the
company hereby advises noteholders of updates made to the information statement, incorporated by reference into the
programme memorandum dated 7 November 2024 in respect of the Northam Platinum Limited R15 billion Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme ("Information Statement").

The updates to the Information Statement relate primarily to the following sections:

    •   material risks relating to Northam's business;
    •   description of Northam; and
    •   description of Booysendal Platinum Proprietary Limited.

The updated Information Statement, dated 6 October 2025, is available for inspection at the company's registered
