TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD ENDED 31 AUGUST 2025 AND RESULTS
RELEASE DATE WITH WEBCAST DETAILS

In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are required to publish
a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for
the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous
corresponding period.

Consolidated earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the six-
month period ending 31 August 2025 are expected to increase by between 25% and 30% over
the prior corresponding period to the following ranges:

Stakeholders are further advised that Balwin will release its results for the six months ended 31
August 2025 on or about Tuesday, 28 October 2025. A results briefing will be held on the same
day via webcast, starting at 10:00 (SAST).
