Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published by Libstar on SENS on
16 September 2025 ("Cautionary Announcement"). Capitalised terms used herein bear the
same meaning as ascribed thereto in the Cautionary Announcement.

The Company continues to engage with Potential Investors regarding their respective EOI's
in respect of the potential acquisition of all Libstar securities currently in issue. Shareholders
are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in Libstar securities until a further
announcement is made.

The board of directors of the Company accepts responsibility for the information contained in
this announcement and certify that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information
