a contract for difference in respect of Astoria shares

In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby notified of
the following dealings in Astoria shares by an associate of a director:

Shareholders are also advised that, on 27 and 28 October 2025, Astoria Treasury and Management Proprietary
Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Astoria) ("ATAM"), entered into a contract for difference ("CFD") in
respect of 29 973 and 127 211 ordinary Astoria shares, at the equivalent of 724.86 cents and 800 cents per Astoria
share respectively, for an aggregate consideration of R1 234 950.29.

The CFD provides ATAM with economic exposure to the movement in Astoria's share price.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and 11.17, and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
Obligations of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The Board accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the
