Resignation of Director

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), the board of directors of SEAM ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that
Ian Bird has resigned as Chairman of the Board with effect from 10 November 2025. As a
result he will also resign as Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, member of the
Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

The Board thanks Ian for his valuable contribution and dedication to the company.

The Board will begin the process of finding a suitable replacement for Ian.
