WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated
26 November 2025, in relation to the binding term sheet to acquire an indirect controlling stake of
Kilken Platinum Proprietary Limited ("Kilken") through the acquisition of 100% of the issued share
capital of, and claims in, New Salt Rock City Proprietary Limited ("NSRC"). The Company's Board of
Directors ("the Board") have taken the decision to terminate the negotiation and due diligence with
immediate effect.

Accordingly, the cautionary announcement is withdrawn and shareholders are no longer required to
exercise caution in relation to this potential acquisition.
