CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Optasia ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Lytania Johnson has been appointed
to the Board as a non-executive director effective Wednesday, 3 December 2025.

Ms Johnson has 24 years' experience in banking in South Africa and into broader Africa and roles that
she has occupied spans across finance, risk management disciplines, human capital and business.
