CHANGE TO A BOARD COMMITTEE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Reeza Isaacs, the Group Chief Financial Officer of
the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Risk Committee with effect from
5 December 2025.

Pursuant to the above, the Risk Committee will comprise the following members with effect
from 5 December 2025: Lwazi Koyana (chairperson), Pedro da Silva, Sundeep Naran,
Liesbeth Botha, Funke Ighodaro and Reeza Isaacs.
