Dividend received from AB InBev

SABZK has received an interim dividend from its investment in AB InBev. This is the first time that
SABZK has received an interim dividend from AB InBev; however, the amount is not very large.

The board of SABZK ("Board") has resolved to defer the declaration of any dividend in the current
financial period.

This decision reflects the Board's prudent approach to cash management, the Board will continue to
closely monitor the Company's cash flow position, and remains committed to creating long-term value
for SABZK shareholders.

The Board will reassess dividend considerations as conditions evolve.
