CHANGES TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Christo Claasen ("Christo") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of Trellidor, and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Chair of the Social
and Ethics Committee, and as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with
effect from 22 January 2026. Christo previously held the position of alternate director
(appointed 25 April 2025).

The Board of Trellidor welcomes Christo in his new role and looks forward to his contribution
to the Company.
