CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Rob Nicolella has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 9 February 2026.

The board thanks Mr Nicolella for his contribution during his tenure and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.

Shareholders are further advised that Mr Kevin Govender has been appointed to the board as a non-executive
director with effect from 9 February 2026.

Mr Govender joined the Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited ("HCI") group in 1997 and has held various
senior roles within the group. He currently serves as an executive director of HCI and is a non-executive
director of Deneb Investments Limited, eMedia Holdings Limited, Frontier Transport Holdings Limited and
Montauk Renewables Inc and is a trustee and chairperson of the finance committee of the HCI Foundation.

Mr Govender holds a B.Com and B.Compt Honours degree.

The board welcomes Mr Govender to Southern Sun and looks forward to his contribution.
