RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Altron shareholders are advised that Mr. Harvey Christophers has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director
of Altron and as a member of all Board Committees on which he served, with effect from 5 March 2026.

The Board thanks Mr. Christophers for his valuable contribution and dedicated service to Altron during his tenure and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
