CHANGE TO THE BOARD - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Jacques Breytenbach has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company, with effect from Tuesday, 21 April 2026.

Mr Breytenbach has stepped down from the board of the Company ("Board") to pursue an
alternative opportunity in the mining industry.

The Board would like to thank Mr Breytenbach for his valuable contribution and service to the
Company during his tenure and wishes him well in his new role.
