UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY

The Company refers to its announcement published on Wednesday, 22 April 2026 and provide
additional information as follows:

1. The Company has prepared updated annual financial statements for the year ended
   28 February 2025 ("2025 Restatement") following the JSE's Pro Active Monitoring Review and
   has submitted the 2025 restatement to the Auditors earlier this week.

2. The 2025 Restatement remains subject to the completion of the audit.

3. At present, nothing in the 2025 Restatement contradicts the information contained in the
   announcement of 22 April 2026.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
