MTN GROUP 2026 CAPITAL MARKETS DAY



Shareholders are advised that MTN is hosting a Capital Markets Day today, 10 June 2026 (from 10:00
CAT). Members of MTN's executive and management team will be expanding on the strategic
priorities of the Ambition 2030 strategy, capital allocation framework and medium-term priorities
and guidance. The event will provide shareholders with an overview of MTN's operating
environment, growth prospects and return profiles of the various major businesses within the MTN
Group.

Shareholders are advised that the presentations relating to the Group's Capital Markets Day will be
