FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO NIGERIA ACS SERVICES

Optasia advises shareholders that, further to the announcements by the Company on 15 April and 1 June
2026 regarding the temporary suspension of airtime credit services ("ACS") in Nigeria, that from today all
operators have resumed ACS services in the market.

The underlying regulations remain suspended pending the outcome of the ongoing legal proceedings. The
Company has continued to support the restoration of services, which provide an important means of access
to connectivity for millions of consumers in Nigeria.

The Company will continue to monitor the matter and provide further updates to shareholders as
appropriate.
