NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2008


Shareholders are advised that the company has received notification in terms of section 122
of the Companies Act, 2008 to the effect that Trucha Limited has acquired 165 936 additional
ordinary shares in the company, resulting in Trucha Limited holding 699 359 ordinary shares,
which is now 10.09% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the company up from 7.70%.
