APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIRMAN

Shareholders are advised that, following the resignation of Mr Vuyo Ngonyama, the board of
directors of Efora ("the Board") has appointed Mr Patrick Mngconkola, the Company's current lead
independent non-executive director, as Interim Chairman of the Company, effective from
3 August 2026. Mr Mngconkola will serve in this role until the Board has finalised the appointment
of a new Chairman.

The Board congratulates Mr Mngconkola on his appointment and looks forward to his contribution
and leadership during his tenure as Interim Chairman.
