REMUNERATION, NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENTS COMMITTEE

The board of directors (“Board”) of AVI is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Steve Robinson, an independent non-executive
director, as a member of the Remuneration, Nomination and
Appointments Committee, with effect from 4 September 2026.

Mr Robinson has been an independent non-executive director of AVI
since March 2023.
