Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for Attacq Waterfall Investment 
Company Proprietary Limited, Attacq Retail Fund Proprietary Limited and Lynnwood Bridge Office 
Park Proprietary Limited (collectively, the “Guarantors”) to Attacq Treasury’s R5,000,000,000 
Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme are available through a secure electronic manner upon 
request. 

 

Attacq Treasury further confirms that the Guarantors’ audit opinions were unqualified and there 
were no restatements of the prior year’s annual financial statements.
