RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In accordance with paragraph 6.71(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Adv Yolande Lemmer has tendered her resignation as Company Secretary of Salungano Group, effective
31 January 2027.

The Company will advise shareholders of the appointment of a successor in due course.
